Primordial social community is a non-profit organization whose members formulate a vision and mission to increase social awareness in the community by moving activities through the education sector, organization, urgency of technology, culture and others. One of them is the Semende Student Association in South Sumatra (HMS3). The orientation of HMS3 is not the only gathering, heterogeneity majors that have taken by the students certainly becomes a big opportunisty constructive potential. From this heterogeneity, it becomes a constructivity to integrate the struggle student’s spirit full wich can make Semende become more progressive and capable to filter out modernization trends that have been established.

To see the sustainability of this community, i will show what is actually a classic problem that always make the expectations of this HMS3 cannot be implemented systematically and totality. In my opinion, the most crucial thing in non-profit community like HMS3 is financial farming. Low income of community certainly has implications for the sustainability of programs that have been systematically structured by organisators. However, even financial of community is a crucial problem, but the fact HMS3 still runs at a maximum level. The spirit of team work is the real key to success of this association. So from this kind of situation, HMS3 able to stand out with all the limitations and simplicity that they have.
